Here's my "Meet The Artst" card, hopefully my looks/mug won't be abhorrent.
Quite literally wearing some of my interests on my sleeves.

Thanks for liking all the progress shots on Rayman, when he’s fully ready (rigged, textured, etc.) He’ll be released for free.
Same goes for Globox & The Teensies. It’s just a pet project of mine to merge the old designs with the modern expressiveness & PBR texturing.

I am considering one female character from Rayman to 3D model to go alongside the classic era model pack, not a guarantee but if there's any you'd like to see in 3D I'd be curious to see the choices.

I ask this due to Barbara only being in Legends & thinking it would be neat to have a model available for folks to mod in over her in Retold.
My first thought was Ly the Fairy but I can be swayed if there's enough persistence...

I've been crying laughing at the default pose for the damaged eyes for a solid few minutes.
Something cool regarding this model: I handled the mono-eye in a fashion to where I can easily have interchangeable eye meshes for the sake of replicating the exaggerated Origins/Legends expressions easily in 3D.
AKA this expression is possible without needing a different head.

Granted, the mouth & hair might be more controlled in-comparison. Doing my best~.
Wanted to be sure Rayman could have "Wild Takes" to make sure he can be as funny as possible.

No longer bald! Took the Legends hair but applied a bit of Sparks of Hope softness to it so it appeared more friendly & easier to handle for myself.
Referenced a bit of art from @giacomobonus for the DLC to help with strand placements & general proportions.

This also does mean Globox & The Teensies will have classic era models made, the former being based on their Rayman Arena/M appearance with the latter being their Rayman 2/3 appearance.

Most if not all of my extra money usually goes to supporting other creatives in economic hardship, so much so I have 5-6 comms in the works around the globe.
I do it out of kindness given any & all art I can make myself, just a good habit.

Thanks for letting me know, I honestly think a Rayman 2 outfit would be really cool & fit the more gritty/serious art-direction well.
I'll see what I can do, I'd probably base it on the in-game model rather than the promotional artwork to make it stand out more.
Can I ask Rayman fans something?
If I were to make a low-poly Rayman outfit for Retold for modding (AKA Rayman 2 model but with pixel art textures) would anyone want that to be modded into the game?
It would be a recreation ala how Mario Odyssey handled N64 Mario.

I’m probably going to Boolean the strands together & smooth/shape them further so it’s closer to Sparks of Hope (flattened undersides, creasing to add further definition of the underside base per strand, etc.)
It’s all about the little touches.

This hair is genuinely a puzzle in of itself to 3D model, took me a decent chunk of the day to figure it out.
