1h later the MACD histogram turned green on the daily chart. $BTCUSD price was at ~$11500 on Bitfinex when I made the forecast. Now at ~$11800.
MACD on daily needs to close green and also stay green for several days to confirm the strong bullish outlook.

#Bitcoin buy signal almost confirmed.
If the MACD histogram on the daily flips from red back to green in the next days (this could happen as early as this Sunday) the indicator could then signal a $BTCUSD price move higher. In that case $BTC could move towards the all-time high.

If the MACD either does not turn "green" in about the next week, or if the MACD histogram rolls over back to red after being only green for about 1-2 days - then the @ewforecast is your next best guide.

Updated analysis from @ewforecast for the #Bitcoin price.
The wave V target for $BTCUSD remains intact.

I'm spending my time this year on researching the markets. Imagine you could have invested into e.g. Google at a far earlier stage. Excellent opportunities are out there. You just have to find them (before all the others do).

Somewhere a small team is building the generation defining companies of crypto. Just like Amazon, Google & PayPal survived dot com bubble, these companies will persist.
We won’t know they’re the winners for 5-10 years. But they’re building now. Somewhere.
I’m cheering for them.

On these Elliott Wave charts I shared with you there are the following wave 5 targets for the #Bitcoin price after wave 4 (the current leg lower) has completed:

And @Matrix_Trade labeled the current move lower as wave 4, like the other two EW chartists. They also see a wave 5 of wave V taking $BTC higher after the drop.

Looks pretty neutral in hindsight to me.
This was the time & price location of giving away my neutral BTC bias. Right before a new strong move higher began a few hours later.

There seems to be confusion, because I shared contrarian news for one day.
I wasn't saying I'm a bear. I'm saying I'm NEUTRAL here.
I said BTC could make new all-time highs ... OR ... start a downtrend.

I didn't wanted to jinx #Bitcoin breaking $12k by calling a new all-time high and then seeing BTC fail to breakout right before CME/CBOE futures launch & cause chaos. Guess it worked out.
Based upon one charting method my forecast would have been $12,500

Ok guys, no more forecasts. I wanted to take a break on a high note with a last correct forecast.
BTC could make new all-time highs or start a downtrend. The speed of the market is getting so fast that it's getting exhausting to maintain a high level of accuracy in public calls.
