Bitcoin closed May at $73,568 Market is 50/50 on if Febryary $60k was the bottom, or the bear will continue. IMO data is telling us that we have not seen bottom formation yet, and that there is a >50% probablility that we go lower (below 200wma $61k or realized price $53k).

Why is bitcoin not pumping? Because 50% is selling (OGs traumatized by 2021, technical investors looking at RSI, 4y cycle fans expecting a bear 2y post halving) while the other 50% is buying (fundamental investors, tradfi, banks). Epic battle ... until sellers are out of ammo.

🇺🇸 Fed ended QT in September 2019 and started QE in March 2020. During that timeframe, $BTC went down 65% while Alts/BTC went up 90%. This time, the Fed will end QT on 1st December. With Altcoin sentiment already at all-time lows, I think a reversal could happen.

There is still hope for Altseason. Bitcoin dropped 13% in November, but other/BTC pairs jumped 8%. Remember the real blow of top altseason only lasts for 45-90 days, and if Bitcoin bounces from $94k, this could be the start of the money rotation.

If you are scared, read this. In the first few days of November 2024, Bitcoin dumped from $71k to $66k, and everyone said the market was done, but then $BTC pumped 60% from $66k to $108k in just 45 days. From Nov 4th 2024 to Dec 15th 2024, ETH pumped 75%, and the altcoin market cap jumped 138%, sending many alts 5x-10x in less than 2 months. So this tells you the market only needs 45 days to give explosive parabolic returns. Today we are at the same spot, Nov just started and we are dumping. But all the data is positive Fed will cut rates in December QT ending Dec 1 QE is here ( Fed buying treasury bills ) Crypto market bill close to buying US-China trade deal signed Gold topped U.S. stocks hitting new highs So I’m not fcking leaving, I’m still bullish. Crypto prices are being manipulated and suppressed. I don’t buy the idea that all the data is good, everything in the world is pumping with liquidity but crypto is done. So I’m holding and waiting patiently. Definitely not easy, but we all knew the risks before we started investing into internet money.

Altseason is nowhere close to happening now. Mute all the moonboys, and wait for Altcoin MCap excluding stables to hit a new ATH. Once this happens, you'll see alts outperformance.

BTC is currently underperforming the S&P 500. The exact same thing happened in 2024 before BTC pumped nearly 70% in just 2 months. I think Bitcoin will catch up with the stock market really soon.
