How to not run a CS team:
-Metizport acquire susp and ztr dec 2023.
-From top 70 to top 30 while winning qualis and challenging top 20 teams.
-Lacks awp player.
-Replaces ztr and susp?!!?!??
-Performance takes a nose dive. -Replaces awp.
-Ztr and susp make rmr with new teams.

I dont understand why t1 teams have issues scouting new players. The t2 is constantly producing new talent and t1 teams are unable to find them. Teams like ENCE, OG, NIP etc should target them. Players like nilo, Ångström brothers, PR, ICY are the next wave of new players into t1
