I did an investigation and asked other pros but there was mixed opinions so we couldn't ban them
We didn't want a (maybe) cheating team to win our tournament, so we found a solution..

Official Statement from United21
Due to strong suspicions and a growing number of suspicious incidents, as well as complaints from a large number of teams and players, we are forced to take action against the STEP team. We are cancelling all invitations to future tournaments and banning the team STEP and all players who have represented them for an indefinite period. We strongly recommend that all tournament operators reconsider inviting these teams in the future.

Lost 200 ELO with 70% WR and 1.62kd, 82.6ADR π
I was 2850, then ~2690 (elo reset), now 2486 (placement matches).
Obviously I barely play FaceIt, but the majority of games were kind of fun.
But holy shit losing SUCKS when you have a team not even trying
Biggest tell that you're gonna lose:
- Teammates not communicating at ALL (Full Russian, going mute, being toxic or refusing to listen to calls)
I find it so hard to understand people who queue up for something competitive and then refuse to try and do their best to win, like bro just play valve comp/premier games π
