Right now it’s quite likely we won’t run the Conspiracies and Heroes #MtGCube #CubeVitational 2024 Top8. It’s possibly too un-Magic for a competitive team event. That said, we may even forego the Lore Seeker setup entirely. Luckily I more have test sessions planned :)

Tried for some #MtGCube Dream Halls nonsense. Never realized that Dream Halls discarded, seems like prime Reanimator chaining setup. Couldn’t pick up enough true early card advantage to make a good Dream Halls build and settled on this Reanimator Twin mashup :)

CubeOpen Hamburg IV is a wrap. Thank you so much to everyone who attended. It was a blast and we will come back next year for number five. I had to take some serious battery reloading time afterwards, therefore only now the post.

This has led to quite the conversation within my playgroup: are Conspiracies and Heroes in fact just too strong? If I ran just casual #MtGCube I’d ignore it, but I’m planning to use this Cube for the #CubeVitational Top8, so I want a balanced environment without form discussion.

@aquaonecube where did you settle on Hero cards? We played Vanquisher, Explorer & Harvester yesterday. Power Lore Seeker pack dropped pack 1 - Explorer p.1, Vanquisher p.2, Harvester p.9. The Explorer Lands deck won, playing MtG from a parallel world. Too strong, they cried!

We’ve sent out RSVPs and we’ve started work on this year’s playmat :)
Out of 24 now 18 #MtGCube #CubeVitational Qualifiers done. With just under 3months to go to November 9th we’re somewhat on schedule.
