I’ve hosted dinners, I’m building @Pudgysushi , and I’m ready to take the reins from @sauciii and scale this brand. My @LilPudgys huddle is growing. With the restaurant close to opening I’ve been able to shift a little more focus back to @Pudgysushi and now @pudgylicious . This crew of chef’s is gunna do work for @pudgypenguins IP🐧👨🍳

Home stretch of final menu tastings. It’s been such a grueling process to be honest. 14 different tastings, over 30 different people in attendance. Definitely the most high profile and highly scrutinized restaurant opening I’ve been apart of. In the end of this, I’m confident this will be the best food I’ve ever put out 🫡👨🍳
Squad goals @LilPudgys@pudgylicious 🐧 refocused on some important projects that really matter to me. Life has been overwhelming and consuming. Food and the kitchen has always been the sanctuary 👨🍳🐧
Gmgm. I haven’t been as active recently due to the home stretch of the restaurant opening. That doesn’t mean I’ve stopped building @Pudgysushi , that doesn’t mean @pudgylicious isn’t top of mind, or that my belief and conviction in @LilPudgys and @pudgypenguins isnt at an ATH. 🐧
Santa Barbara spot prawns, sauce choron, herb salad. Choron sauce is one of the classic variations of the 5 French mother sauces. When you understand and know the fundamentals, the possibilities are limitless. 👨🍳🫡

Gmgm… opening a restaurant next month. At the same time, I’m launching a food concept for an existing winery in our portfolio, so I’ve had zero downtime. I’m very grateful I love what I do, or I would be miserable . Let me cook👨🍳 @pudgylicious wine tour👀🐧
