Just had a very disappointing call with @premierinn Kingston. Accessibility questions, “why do accessible rooms only have double beds?” We need access to my son from both sides, no reason. Only parking available for a high top WAV is a multi storey which we don’t fit.

My @Teamnoahappeal has been in @AlderHey for 4 weeks on palliative care trachy surgery Mon which is his 19th birthday. Home for weekend and he’s asked to go to @Everton v @ManUtd the kid is mad!!

Feel ripped off, carer took disabled son to @ODEONCinemas film was in imax, he paid £19 for a ticket and doesn’t even sit in the seats, the wheelchair seats are front row making it impossible to see the whole screen, toilets a disgrace way too small. 😡

When my boys are chatting about where they’d like to sit in @everton new Bramley Moore, and all @Teamnoahappeal would like is to go the match and sit with his brothers. Please Everton please put families together!!!!

Typical @seftoncouncil 5 years behind on audits so send families of disabled child who are struggling anyway threatening letters saying we may have to pay everything back if we can’t produce paperwork in 2 days! 😡 is this even allowed?!

when wheelchair users visit the cinema they either have to sit at front or with 1 person, as a family we are split up again because at @ODEONCinemas @ODEONHelp you only have 1 carer seat next to wheelchair space, so families can’t enjoy the film together 😡
