Stop lumping Tank in with B side fighters. There is no promotors actively blocking Devin or Shakur from fights like Bob Arum admitted. Not a single fighter Tank is compared to has ever been in the same stable as him because they sign everywhere else except where he specifically is.
Tank is the first/only A side in history treated like the B side fighter and called a 🦆 cus he didn't chase boxers signing AWAY from his side and couldn't bypass active contracts.
