Are you considering all factors for outdoor applications? Certain polymers hold up to weathering better than others. ASA (shown in picture) is an engineered plastic that is used as an alternative to ABS when higher levels of weather and UV resistance is required for outdoor use.

At Custom Profile, we try to complete all fabrication at the extrusion line to help minimize cost for our customers. In some cases when it is not possible to complete the fabrication in-line, we have offline secondary punch presses that can fabricate parts to our customer’s needs

Inline hot stamping is a cost-effective transfer technology that uses heat, pressure, and a foil film to create a decorative finish on the surface of profiles. The before and after picture below shows what a wood grain finish would look like compared to the original surface
