🚨 Security Alert We completed a forensic investigation into duplicated LP tokens being minted & routed through an automated “drainer” workflow. Takeaway: If core contracts are unverified or fee mechanics are misconfigured, attackers can inflate supply & convert it into native assets fast. This is why serious teams work with qualified auditors early & continuously. Not for optics. For containment. Tagging @kaspaunchained & @Kaspa_KEF so the team is aware. 🫡 Full Report: github.com/Assure-DeFi/Audit…

1 / 2 Upfront, very directly: If you’re not actively following this project - or at least doing so with genuine interest - you should probably save your time and stop reading here. If, however, this journey has sparked your interest so far, then I’d like to take the opportunity - today, on Christmas Eve - to give you an update on where things currently stand. Time is our most valuable asset. So if you’re only half-invested, feel free to skip this. That said, everyone is of course welcome to read along and remain part of this journey. I’ll start in a structured way and work through things step by step. Toward the end, there will be some technical discussion - nothing overly deep, and absolutely followable even if you’re not an expert (no offense intended). Point 1: The Docs I want to clear up a few things first - mainly based on the feedback and messages I’ve received over time. And honestly, that feedback shows me that the plan is working exactly as intended. People who follow me should hopefully have the following picture in mind: The focus is on building a product, not selling a vision. The documentation reflects this to some extent. From the beginning, it was clear to me that I wanted to deliver more than just another whitepaper for what’s happening here. That said, there are real limitations when it comes to presenting everything freely and openly. Because of that, I deliberately chose a hybrid approach: Depth in detail - and friction on the surface. From a marketing perspective, this may not make sense to some. But that’s precisely the point. I’m not doing marketing here. I’m building a network. And I’m doing so in a way - and on a level - that enforces distance. Why? Anyone who has reached out via Telegram or DMs will have noticed pretty quickly that this is not an “ordinary setup.” Requests from other ecosystems, companies, and builders come in regularly. And the ones who approach me with sharp, direct questions or criticism - those are the people where I immediately notice: they’ve done the work. They’ve connected dots. They have a rough understanding of what’s actually going on. Those are the conversations worth having. The order matters: Think → understand → act. Most projects operate in the exact opposite order - and many people don’t even realize it, because that’s exactly how they want it. One click. No thinking. Done. I’m fully aware of that - and that’s why this “barrier” exists. And to be clear: it’s not really a barrier. Anyone who truly believes in what’s happening here - and more importantly, understands it - has access to the details. Nothing is being withheld. That’s important. What does happen is guidance: nudging thinking into the right direction if someone has taken a wrong turn. And to frame it differently, in a way that might force perspective: If you’ve found - or built - a gold mine, you don’t scream it into the world. You look for the right partners. Point 2: The System as a Whole Day by day, the bigger picture becomes clearer. Some may still dismiss this as “just another explorer” or label me as “some algorithm guy.” That’s fine. But here’s my personal objective: I’m building the institutional backbone for Kaspa. I’m attempting to construct exactly what the people are waiting for - the ones who truly understand what Kaspa actually is. That statement alone will already separate people. Only those with real long-term vision will grasp what that means. I’ve been considering - and still am - reaching out to certain individuals. Not because this serves only my personal interests. What’s being built here has the potential to elevate Kaspa to an entirely new level - if successful. That’s not speculation. That’s a fact. And that - whether I can openly state it or not - is the bigger picture. Point 3: Regulation Anyone who’s been following closely knows that the BaFin post from recently was not random. It was a signal - especially to those who are impatient. Where I operate - and where I intend to operate - you don’t simply press a button tomorrow and unleash something like this into the wild. Doing so would prove that I’ve learned absolutely nothing over the past five years. And that’s not the case. So let this be stated publicly and clearly: The algorithm / system will not go live publicly until regulatory matters are fully clarified. Anyone familiar with that post knows exactly what lies ahead and what needs to be handled first. Which means: The algorithm is learning - yes. The algorithm is trading - no. Paper only.

Started with computers and games around age 9, as far back as I can remember. Never really escaped it - that's why I've been in IT for years now. In a way, I still see a lot of things like a game, even though I know the stuff I work on isn't treated that way. My brain ticks differently from most - not trying to sound arrogant. I'm "stupid" in my own ways but clever in others. There's probably a term for that. Building the #CyberPumpNetwork feels exactly like a game. Quests to tackle, mysteries to unravel, and my XP level out there for everyone (though I don't really care about that part). The shared quest preview (../dev/02/) me → code → "node" → user → Survival is my toughest challenge yet, right up there with teaching myself development and Rust. "Node" here is just a stand-in for the core of the idea. Your interaction point. In theory, that's the website (kas.me). Current subtask in this questline: figuring out how a miner node dapp/dao could all tie into the !!! REAL WORLD. Not even sure if it's just a subtask. It's the point that gets the most ridicule from feedback so far, which always makes me smirk thinking about Kaspa. It's not just hope or my passion driving this. Feels like I've picked the right path. Honestly, this whole "game" has been pretty fun so far. Sometimes I drift off to sleep thinking: Weird to frame entrepreneurship as a game. Without really giving a damn what others think, because I know I'm doing the right thing (or at least trying). Someone I look up to once told me: Healthy self-confidence builds you up, but ideally, you're the one who grounds yourself, not someone else. And this quote I'll leave here: Just because you can't see the dreamer's dream doesn't mean the dreamer is only "dreaming."

🧑‍💻Dev Talk 📯 Executive Summary We are presenting the conceptual and architectural framework of kas.me, our analytical wallet platform within the $KAS ecosystem. This talk will outline how the pilot phase - planned for a future release - will function, how wallet access and verification are handled, and how we are approaching privacy and data protection at both a technical and ethical level. Concept & Design Vision kas.me is being developed as an analytical interface for wallet intelligence - a system that transforms blockchain transparency into structured, comprehensible, and actionable insight. In its planned pilot phase, users will be able to enter a wallet address (text input, copy-paste) to preview how kas.me visualizes and interprets wallet data. The verification of this address will take place entirely through our own node and indexer infrastructure, ensuring independence, accuracy, and security. If the system detects ownership of the $CYPU (KRC-20) token, access will be temporarily granted to a read-only version of that wallet’s dashboard - without requiring a direct wallet connection. This approach allows users and stakeholders to experience the analytical capabilities of kas.me without financial or technical barriers. Purpose of the Pilot The pilot environment is designed to serve as a transparent demonstration layer. It will feature public CyberSpace reference wallets, specifically selected for the purpose of showcasing the platform’s analytical and visualization features. Visitors will be able to explore these reference wallets freely and gain a clear understanding of the system’s potential. This will allow new users, developers, and investors to evaluate kas.me without purchasing tokens or connecting their personal wallets. In other words: the pilot will be a controlled showcase, offering open insight - but within a defined and secure framework. Privacy & Security Considerations Transparency is one of blockchain’s greatest strengths - but also its most sensitive attribute. While blockchain data is public by nature, interpreted analytics can reveal patterns, correlations, and behavioral indicators that extend far beyond simple transaction lists. We are fully aware that such analytical depth introduces privacy implications. In the pilot phase, this will be addressed explicitly: Users who wish to participate agree in the Terms & Conditions that, in principle, their wallet address could be publicly viewable for demonstration purposes, unless actively restricted later via new privacy features. This is not an oversight - it is a deliberate design choice, allowing us to demonstrate functionality transparently, while already planning the next level of privacy architecture. Planned Security Architecture The upcoming security framework introduces wallet-locking and owner-verification mechanisms, ensuring that users maintain full control over who can view their wallet dashboards. Key architectural elements: - Wallet Locking: A user-controlled setting to restrict visibility to the verified owner only. - Proof of Ownership: Verification through a lightweight, privacy-preserving process - such as wallet signing, anonymized challenge-response, or temporary session tokens. - Data Protection by Design: All verification and validation processes operate within our own infrastructure; no third-party data exposure. - Tiered Access: Wallet locking and extended privacy tools will be reserved for premium users; public and basic users will continue to explore non-sensitive reference wallets / information. Our objective is clear: to merge analytical transparency with individual sovereignty - a combination rarely achieved in blockchain analytics. Technical Process - Clarity for Experts During the pilot, the system will execute a single token presence query, checking whether an address holds $CYPU via our internal node/indexer setup. No metadata, signatures, or personal information are stored or transmitted. The upcoming ownership verification layer, currently in development, will extend this to cryptographically confirmed ownership - without compromising user anonymity. This separation between data validation (token presence) and identity verification (ownership) is intentional. It ensures modular scalability and allows different privacy tiers depending on user preference and regulatory environment. Product Tiers (simplified) These tiers allow users and investors to evaluate functionality transparently, while preserving a clear upgrade path toward full privacy and control. Regulatory & Ethical Transparency All rules and consent requirements will be defined in the AGB / Terms & Conditions prior to the pilot launch. By participating in the pilot, users will acknowledge that their wallet may, in theory, be viewable during the demonstration phase - similar to existing public explorers like kas.fyi - but with a higher degree of contextual intelligence and refinement. This ensures full legal transparency while maintaining the ethical standard that users are always informed about how and why data is displayed. Differentiation & Competitive Edge kas.me distinguishes itself not by revealing new blockchain data, but by interpreting and contextualizing existing data at a much deeper level. Where traditional explorers stop at numbers and transactions, kas.me provides correlations, behavioral analytics, and predictive insights - all within a modern, user-centric interface. This analytical precision is the foundation of our USP, and simultaneously the reason we emphasize privacy-first design. We are building a product that makes the blockchain understandable - without compromising what makes it trustless! Closing Remarks The pilot design is intentional, strategic, and staged. First, we show the system in its most transparent form - simple, accessible, and powerful. Then, we introduce layered privacy and ownership verification - strengthening trust through control. For those who recognize the potential privacy risks in advance: you are absolutely right to notice. And yes - we have accounted for that from the very beginning. This isn’t a patchwork reaction; it’s a planned evolution. The pilot is the open window. The next phase will be the lock. That’s how you demonstrate vision, foresight, and technical integrity. - End of Talk

The Tangem multi-sig key handover has just been completed, all according to plan. As intended, my direct access to certain wallets has now transitioned smoothly - earlier than the original December 1, 2025, timeline, but fully by choice and with everything in place. Here's how it unfolded: The wallets were set up with a secure password (which I still don't know) and my biometrics for initial access. Today, they were seamlessly removed from my device. Those passwords are safely stored across multiple secure locations. Going forward, I retain access only to the company wallets, as outlined in our docs. Why make this move? It's my personal safety net in action. I trust myself completely, but sharing oversight with trusted hands eliminates potential risks and ensures every asset is rock-solid secure. This way, if I ever need to move funds, it's handled with proper checks - nothing happens solo. As I'm building this company from the ground up (nothing flashy to show just yet), I'm committed to a foundation where its future doesn't ride entirely on my shoulders alone. Shared responsibility means stronger growth for all of us. I don't have to share these behind-the-scenes steps, but transparency is key - I'm inviting you all to join this journey every step of the way. Maybe a deeper dive will come soon. For now, looking ahead with excitement. Wishing you and your loved ones an awesome Sunday. - Cheers

Originally, the details for our giveaway participation were supposed to be shared today. For those who know me: I’m transparent in every way - so here’s the truth. Yesterday and today I was buried in phone calls, all because of a supposedly “small” giveaway. Being based in Germany, I honestly underestimated the regulations involved. The plan was that this giveaway would be my first small step to “release” myself as a person. But as it turns out, the original idea simply can’t work like that. (AGB, DSGVO, and the rest - if you know, you know.) From day one, I’ve wanted to do everything correctly, and that hasn’t changed. So, as of today, we’re not sure if the giveaway will launch on the originally announced date. I’m working on solutions - possibly bringing partners on board - to still reach our goal. For now, the delay is caused by my company setup and everything else required to run a compliant giveaway without overlooking any legal details. It’s tough, but it’s the right decision. I’ve already talked to partners about how we can secure a safe and fair giveaway without putting the company at risk. I’m hopeful we’ll find a partner to resolve these temporary issues. If not, the giveaway will be delayed and announced once everything is ready. But let me say this loud and clear: Delayed does NOT mean cancelled. Thanks for understanding. I’ll keep you updated as soon as anything changes.
