When your Assioma bearing races get stuck in the pedal body this is what you need to do. You need a 12mm blind bearing puller.
Or you can send it to us and we can do the service for a small charge.

In some cases the pedal body plastic is damaged to the point new bearing wont fit properly in which case replace the pedal body instead.

I saw a video from Garry Plamer @Sportstest , he was there and has a video of the crash. Couldn't see an obvious cause other than coming in too fast and hitting the front brake.

Key moment of relay was Pierre Le Corre crash.
Le Corre: "I was right behind him, I couldn't do anything."
Said Wilde came into corner "a bit aggressive" but felt it was a racing incident.
Other athletes I spoke to said similar.

If your @PowerTap battery cap looks like the one on the left it might not work again. Make sure to use Lithium AAA batteries in your pedals. Alkaline batteries can leak a corrorive fluid if left foran extended period. Occasionally check for corrosion in the caps.

Just joined the Assioma ballet - the nutcracker. Not sure if I am the Sugar Plum Fairy or the Nutcracker Prince. The axle is a very hard steel so the nut will tend to dethread rather than the axle if you over tighten(or turn it the wrong way) so the pedal could be rebuilt with a new pedal body after this.

Sometimes pedal servicing gets a bit brutal. Here the right Assioma locknut was just turning in either direction and wouldn't undo. So we cut the pedal body away to expose the nut then used a nut splitter to crack it.
