I was very anti schools vouchers... until I dug deeper into the issues.
School district funding is heavily tethered to property taxes… so the schools in wealthier neighborhoods naturally will have more resources than those in poorer neighborhoods.

Misleading. The “20 degree” figure wasn’t a statewide forecast for Utah. It was a localized estimate from Utah State University physicist for nighttime heat buildup near the proposed Box Elder hyperscale data center project during inversion conditions.
