My car was in a @TheAA_UK garage for scratch to be repaired for a whole month after a no fault accident. I complained several times to my insurer @TheAA_UK about garage and was dismissed. I was told I could not remove my car despite no work having been done (cont. in comments)

3. … to a manager, I have still not been contacted. The service I have received is appalling and their approved garage, negligent at best. Zero concern from @TheAA_UK , what do I have to do to get someone to take this seriously?!

Having paid over £250 for car breakdown with the @TheAA_UK while on holiday in France, we are being told that it is a standard 5 hour wait for assistance in 100 degree heat. We were not informed when we paid for it. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, it’s shocking #theaa

On top of this the staff say things like ‘we can’t do anything we’re not in France and despite asking to speak to a manager an hour ago we were told they were busy and would call back when convenient. #theaa

Will be reporting you to @TradeStandards for deliberately withholding this information from customer’s when they book. @TheAA_UK

Another day of constant drizzle and another cosy soup to chase away the Monday blues. This time from @rachelallencooks 's gorgeous book 'Soup, Broth, Bread' which I shot for @thehappyfoodie last year.

Who fancies a Friday feast of melting baked camembert, nocellara olives, fresh figs, tiny cornichons , sweet grapes and an array of charcuterie, accompanied by a pile of warm fluffy pittas? More recent work for @mamoosh_bakery

This gorgeous (and super easy) Sausage & Bean Stew by the wonderful @marie_mitchell_ totally deserved to be raved about last year, when I shot it. I am so sorry for the delay Marie, but I know you will understand my social hiatus.

Hearty salads and soups on are on repeat here now. Roast pumpkin, squash and root veg haven't lost their novelty factor as yet.

Bit of a blue Monday here. I'm not sure if its weather induced, but cake was definitely needed to lift the spirts.

Today's good thing, in shades of rose copper. Love these teeny, tiny shallots. Fiddly little blighters to peel though...
