"We find ourselves moments before impact.
A burning Bitcoin meteor cuts through the sky, while the bankstersaur counts what he believes still holds value. But his watch reads five minutes to midnight.
Time is nearly up.
Set within a lush, overgrown environment, the scene contrasts apparent prosperity with inevitability. The system still appears alive yet its trajectory has already been set. The Bitcoin meteor cannot be stopped.
A precisely hand-pulled, 13-color screenprint, the work merges classical engraving aesthetics with contemporary digital language. Capturing not an explosion, but the quiet certainty that one era is ending, and another is about to begin.

Each print from the CypherpunkNow – The First Decade (2015–2025) drop is paired with a certificate of authenticity recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain.
The certificate is linked to the artwork via an NFC tag - just tap the framed print to access it.
It also exists as a physical, printed certificate secured with a holographic strip.
Through the certificate, you can offer the print for sale - or reach out to the current owner with an offer to buy it.
All of this happens via the Verisart marketplace.
I’ve been using @verisart since 2018 and have seen it evolve continuously - I recommend it to both artists and collectors.

Life got in the way in December.
I lost my studio. The landlord turned it into an Airbnb.
Instead of printing, I spent weeks searching for a new space and rebuilding my workshop from scratch.
Now I’m returning to what I had to leave...
