I’ve literally been saying this for week it’s so annoying. It really does feel like they pick their favorites in this game.
I really try to not get annoyed at the game because i believe that hurts my growth as a player. But why can illaoi do literally everything they nerfed from teemo? I dont get the point in changing a character for "competitive integrity" and allow another character to do the same.

We would like to inform you of a change in participants for CAPCOM CUP 12.
Due to personal circumstances, Punk has become unable to travel to Japan and has therefore withdrawn from the event.
As Punk had qualified for CAPCOM CUP 12 through the CAPCOM Pro Tour 2025 Global Points ranking, the qualification slot will be transferred to the next eligible player, Tokido.
Tokido will compete in the same group and match order that were originally assigned to Punk.
Please note that in similar situations in the future, depending on timing and logistical constraints, a transfer of qualification may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Essentially the characters are the same but the whole win cons are completely different I’m really sick of having to re build a whole team every single patch and from the looks of it ekko is dying next so we’ll see what happens but I really hope I can choose a solid team I can p

Play for more than a month without having to switch the fuse or my entire game plan so I can actually compete at the very top level.

Had to learn 3 completely different strategies with the characters I’ve played. It’s been really hard to adapt and compete at a top level. For example I played jinx ekko double down patch 1 my strategy was super tag it got killed, then teemo ekko, then now jinx ekko freestyle.-
