We are proud to announce the outstanding achievement of the complete completion of the electromechanical systems (phases one and two) of the Sumou Towers project, as follows: Tower 1: up to the 35th floor Tower 2: up to the 29th floor All work was completed according to the specified schedule, with strict adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Scope of Work Completed: 🔹 Mechanical Works: HVAC systems, firefighting, water supply networks, and sewage systems. 🔹 Electrical Works: Power systems, lighting, building automation (home automation), communications and data networks, sound systems, fire alarms, CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and building management systems (BMS). This achievement reflects the high level of precision, organization, and professionalism of our technical teams and is in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the quality of infrastructure and increase the efficiency of development project implementation. We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the teams involved in achieving this important accomplishment, and we look forward to continuing our work with the same spirit of commitment and excellence until the project is fully completed, God willing.
