We are drowning in AI hype and fear. The global conversation is stuck in a binary: AI as a "magic button" to replace labor, or an "existential threat" to humanity. This project proposes a third, profoundly human path: AI as Neurocognitive Scaffolding. After 35 years of daily cannabis use and 28 years of alcohol, the brain's internal filing system—the network responsible for creative retrieval and cognitive fluency—is corrupted. The DAM Project is a 24-month forensic mission to rebuild that instrument from the BIOS up. I am not using AI to generate content. I am using it as a clinical mirror to audit my own neurobiology in real-time. By treating addiction as a "worthy technological puzzle" rather than a moral failing, the craving is reduced to irrelevant system noise. This is a live log of human restoration through human-AI symbiosis. 🛠️🧠 #AI #Neuroscience #SystemsThinking #TheDAMProject

Unionists may have badly overplayed their hand again re Murrell. Their 'inquiry' stunt could backfire spectacularly if the SNP back the Greens' call for an independent inquiry into finances of *every* party at Holyrood. Tory black money, Sarwar's cash from McGills etc. Rerunning the Murrell police probe wouldn't get public backing, but opening up scrutiny of *every* Holyrood party's finances to make sure they're all clean, secure and above board is different.
