im running into an issue w/ d bot. assuming clans of 1000 or any number are a bad idea. lets say you are in a discord with 20,000 people. if you need more than one gaming session with someone to add them to your friends list, you likely wont even get that next gaming session within a few months to build up friendliness/repertoire. if you add everyone you kinda like as a friend in a 20,000 person server, you will eventually run into the problem where you have too many friends and can't build up repertoire or real relationships as you wont see any one person enough.
you could create clans, on a per game basis, so each video game has a clan of players that frequents it.
what is even the goal? a large group of friends and then ignore everyone else so you don't get overwhelmed?
so maybe a clan of 1000 that frequents the same games together
ok lets say dunbar's number is real and you can only really know 150 people very well. so you can create clans of 150 people. lets say you can also be part of 3 clans per server.
so lets say same 20,000 person server, best case scenario you pick out 150 people perfectly they are your best mates possible and you create a clan and everyone befriends each other. odds are you all play similar games cause that's how you met. this is the ideal outcome.
the next clan is people you befriended haphazardly so its a random assortment of people who play the same games. you might leave this clan if other friend groups off you a place.
the next clan is you got invited and accepted you didn't befriend any of these people, you might leave.
so you have friends, and random people you play with out in the wilds of the server, and you have 3 clans that are trying to get the ideal people.
this is the ecosystem.

so i proved that uh, having more than 7 people in a voice chat would make it crowded and people would talk over each other, and no conversation could take place without massive interference. so small groups for regular conversations are best. aka gaming squads in voice chats that have a member limit of 7 or less.

whatup brehs, i figured out the hashtag system, please wait for full pitch video as well, basically you submit the # event types you want to go to next week. and they are scheduled for you. basically, you want to go paintballing w/ a ton of people next week? but dont know when, where, who to invite, and if you can get plastered? just submit to the algorithm: paintball alcohol. just submitting those two hashtags as an event, will schedule that event for some time next week and match you w/ anyone else who wants to play paintball in the entire city, putting you all at that event, on a random day and random time.
