The DI Board of Directors directed the DI Cabinet to continue work on the age-based, 5-year eligibility concept.
Big note: Players who exhausted eligibility this year under current rules - even those 4-year seniors - will not receive an additional/5th season. Not retroactive.

After multiple flight cancellations from DC (after Headfirst Camp) and over 30 hrs of delays/re-schedulings, I was able to get to Copenhagen (what a city!) en route to meet the Old World Baseball Team in Venice Sunday @OldWorldBBall. Love it here, but can’t wait to play some ball. Happy 4th!

The settlement - negotiated by plaintiffs seeking back-NIL pay and NCAA/power leagues - has 3 main parts:
1) $2.8B in back-pay to ex-athletes
2) $20B in rev-share to future athletes
3) New roster rules & enforcement arm
