The Senators and Congressmen I met with in Washington were extremely concerned about the deterioration of Britain, but just as interested in how Reform and @Nigel_Farage would reverse it.
Our respective nations face some similar challenges: border security, immigration, law and order, energy, the AI race and the changing geopolitical landscape.
We have faced down long odds before, we can do so again.

Restore Britain is set to hand Andy Burnham the victory in Makerfield, according to a poll of the constituency that will electrify the final days of the by-election campaign.
The mayor of Greater Manchester is five points ahead of Reform UK in a race that remains too close for comfort with less than a week until ballots are cast, a survey by More in Common and the UCL Policy Lab suggests.
It shows Labour’s lead over Nigel Farage’s candidate, Robert Kenyon — 45 per cent to 40 per cent — is smaller than the 8 per cent share for Restore Britain, the hard-right party led by Rupert Lowe, with more than one in ten voters yet to decide how to vote.

Reform probably doesn't win the Makerfield by-election, given Andy Burnham’s personal popularity in Greater Manchester.
But Reform’s polling shows the party is not going away. Even if Burnham narrowly won a snap election, Reform would emerge as the Opposition with 100 MPs.

The building is at once monumental and welcoming, classical and original. The iris capitals are an inspired touch, drawing on Tennessee’s natural beauty and weaving it into the stone of a federal building.
The Chattanooga courthouse is precisely the kind of building that President Trump’s Executive Order on federal architecture—“Making Federal Buildings Beautiful Again”—was designed to produce.
When the courthouse is completed, it will stand as the living proof that the Order represents wise and humane public policy—something all Americans, regardless of political party, can and should support. Beautiful public buildings are not a partisan matter; they belong to everyone.
