It’s incredible to think that 38 years ago, today, I said I do and committed to a life with this fantastic and caring lady. 3 beautiful kids later and having lived in 4 different provinces we continue to enjoy each day as it comes. Love you to the moon and back Nina!

11November is synonymous with Remembrance Day and acknowledging the fallen, who so bravely gave their lives for country. While I in know way advocate for war I find it a time of reflection and gratitude. I am grateful for all those who taught bravely for the liberation of SA.

Today marked a year since we lost one of our favourite sons @KingEdVIISchool.
It has been an extremely tough journey but Matthew lives within our school, as the motivation behind our ME campaign- a focus on personal mental health and destigmatising the concept of asking for help.

What an absolute blessing to be able to visit my mom on this very special day. Well into her nineties now but she continues to enjoy life to the fullest. Especially when visited by her daughter in law.
