Today, I signed a bill that will combine @DIDD_TN & @TNAging, creating the new Department of Disability & Aging. Since day one, we’ve prioritized right-sizing government to effectively serve all Tennesseans, & today is an example of our work to deliver on that promise.

As people & companies have shifted Southeast, so has America’s economy. For the first time in history, just 6 states in the Southeast, including TN, are contributing more to America’s GDP than the entire Northeast. TN has emerged as an economic powerhouse for the country.
