The people of New York being his army instead of a cameo fest is objectively a better choice.
When Daredevil said, "We need an army" at the end of Daredevil S1, many of us thought Spider-Man, Punisher, Hawkeye and Kate Bishop would unite against Mayor Fisk because of their history with him.
But instead, we only got Jessica Jones and the Resistance as the "Army". 🤦🏻♂️
