Everyone overrates roster building in the NFL. You can have tons of elite and even HOF level players, but coaching is the ultimate equalizer.
Chris Shula did not do a particularly good job against Shanahan last year. McVay was shutout in the first half by Morris last year against the Falcons.
I’m not going to sit here and act like the Rams are unbeatable. They aren’t. The OL and LB groups are particularly exploitable, and I believe the Niners will split games with them in the regular season.
