Stopped into @goodlinebeer in Lubbock today. Probably my 5th or 6th time here. Such a great brewery. They won 2025 Brewery of the Year in the “under 620 bbl” category. Posting a blog update to the “breweries of the plains soon”. Will post here soon.

Up in Plano for a few days. If you’re up here, have to check out Brya Zan. It’s a casual fast food spin off of Malai Kitchen.Thai food is great, friendly staff & their beers are really solid. Came twice in 2 days.I had their drunken noodles, wings & “Thai PA” beer. @malaikitchen
