I was an @Airbnb customer for 11 years. It took one decisive experience to close my account. A quick look at @Trustpilot and confirms this is not an isolated incident, more like a pattern. For a company built on trust, even closing an account feels like an obstacle course.

C’est bien beau mais quand comptez-vous envoyez vos équipes? Sur votre application dépannage, rien n’indique que vous faites de quoi! C’est aberrant dans une société moderne de voir qu’aucune mesure n’est prise!
Les rafales de vent, mêlées à de la pluie et à de la neige, continuent à faire des dommages et il y a actuellement plus de 200 000 clients en panne. Les régions les plus touchées demeurent la Montérégie, Montréal, Laval, les Laurentides et l’Outaouais. La météo cause des dégâts au niveau de la végétation. Les branches et les arbres fragilisés brisent et entrent en contact avec le réseau, ce qui engendre des #pannes. Nous visons à rétablir le service le plus rapidement possible, grâce au travail de plus de 100 équipes déjà au terrain. Nous poursuivrons nos efforts tout au long de la nuit afin de traiter principalement les urgences et nous poursuivrons les efforts grâce à plus de 470 équipes mobilisées dès demain matin. Les vents forts vont compliquer le travail de nos équipes au terrain. Les rafales qui vont jusqu’à 80-90 km/h sont difficiles à gérer dans une nacelle. La sécurité des employés et des clients est notre priorité.
