Marginal ulcer [MU] after RYGB occurs in larger pouch size after RYGB @SAyusoMD helped us examine the effect of pouch size using CT volumetry. Pouch size in patient with MU was bigger 34.1 vs 19.9 & every 5 cm increase led to 2.4 times higher risk of MU
