I called @EKOELECTRICITY and they said @NERCNG is responsible. This approach is criminal and unfair to myself and Nigerians at large. This tweet is not in hope that the government of Nigeria will do anything, rather it is to keep this crime on record.

@NERCNG and @EKOELECTRICITY secretly changed my light band from B to A without prior information. They dropped my unit from 77 to 22 for the same amount. The light here is less than 10hrs per day, so how and why did you upgrade me to band A and multiplied my expense 3.5x?
