Years from now we’ll look back to realize how much more complicated we’ve made the delivery seem.
Your load IS your delivery.
Gather momentum, collect into your back hip. From there all you’re doing is unloading the tension built from your load into foot strike.
Little to no conscious thought after the load phase is done.
If you understand this concept, you are light years ahead of the game. If you’re not there yet, that’s ok. This line of thinking will help put you on the right path.
Moral of the story, find a professional in your area that can teach you how to load efficiently.
