Another collaboration between DK-Architects and FP Homes has been shortlisted for a British Homes Award. 'The Pines' in Formby is a development of 12 family homes set around a landscaped shared surface, hoping to follow in the footsteps of 'The Gables' and win this National Award

We are delighted to have been able to secure consent for up to 380 new homes at Horrocks Mill for @Onward_Homes. A great collaborative team effort and positive engagement with Preston City Council Planning Team made this possible within 13 weeks of submission.

Taking reference from a cotton works that once occupied the site in Preston, the design references the composition and grain of that historic built form to create a place with a unique identity that will improve connectivity across the wider area.

The first phase of handovers at Laurel and Laburnum, our social housing project with @RiversideUK, has recently completed. The project includes a courtyard lined with mews-style houses and a new high-quality landscaped link, knitting the urban grain back together. #housing
