The DLM online insurance portal will not be available from 11:30pm on Saturday 20 January until 6am on Monday 22 January. Our phone lines are closed on Sundays, so you will be unable to make any driver changes during this time. Please make any amendments ahead of this.

Being in an accident can be worrying, but we're here to support you. Whether your Motability vehicle is driveable or not, contact us as soon as possible on 0300 037 3737 to report the incident. Our lines are open 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm on Saturday.

We are experiencing high call volumes if your car is mobile, Motability are happy for you to leave the damage until further in your lease to report your claim, If your query is policy related, please where possible use the digital portal for any driver changes required.

We are now live! We're here 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri to answer any questions you have about Motability Scheme insurance. If you have a Motability Scheme Digital Account, the great news is that you can make changes to your insurance details there, such as adding or removing drivers.
