#1 A tax credit intending to propel #CleanHydrogen production MUST prioritize maximizing #EmissionsReductions, as intended by the IRA. Strong 45V rules abide by Congress’ intent and are the surest guarantee of reducing emissions and achieving U.S. climate goals.
