I can remember this day when I got blocked (and still am) by Rotherham titans.... And I read today's @rotherhamtiser and right from the horses mouth...... A statement about kicking out teams, from 6 year old children through to seniors. Serving the community are they?!

Well it's finally happened, after 15 years of service my amazing @SalomonSports boots gave up on me yesterday, had to do a repair job on the trail but got me to the end. #bestboots I have ever had, need a new pair of @SalomonSports ππ

Well that was incredibly scary, but feel really proud of myself for running towards a road incident, able to use my first aid skills today, holding a young cyclist in MILS (Manual in-line stabilisation) until the ambulance and police arrived.

Absolutely disgusted. Had 15 under 14 girls Rugby shirts stolen from my car last night. Please keep an eye out for them in #Rotherham they are no use to those who stole them, and it's devastating for our girls in our local community. @canterburyNZ @rotherhamtiser @rothtisersport
