Item deposits to the platform are temporarily restricted.
At the moment, we’re experiencing issues retrieving certain data from Steam Inspect, which is why some recent transactions may not appear in users’ DMarket inventories.
If you’ve recently deposited an item and the transaction was successful but the item isn’t showing up — don’t worry, it’s safe and everything is fine with it.
This issue will be resolved in the coming days.
Also, just a reminder — due to the recent Steam update regarding Reversed Items, we had to introduce a temporary restriction: for 7 days after deposit, items cannot be exchanged, listed for sale, or instant sell. This is only a temporary measure, and full functionality will be restored soon.
We’re actively working on bringing back visibility for missing items and adapting the reversed item policy to be convenient and fair for all users.
