So the journey starts here at physio to help rebuild my body. Been too weak to even start but today I pushed through. Managed a slow mile on the machine and got fitted out with some crutches for those longer days. #ComeBackIsOn #FuckCancer Donation gofund.me/107ae5ef

I can just about walk up the stairs at the minute let alone walk on to a pitch wearing these. But that day will come again and I will be carrying a message with me. Thank you @ProD_Soccer for the special order customisation and supporting me on my journey.

Imagine for a moment that your life is being run by a computer program. It's filled with lines of code, running in the background, creating the story you live every day. But what if that program has a few bugs? What if it's not running as smoothly as it could? When I mentor people, I use my skills as a motivational speaker and my life / business experiences along with similar techniques as a programmer debugging would, but instead of working on code, I'm working with you, on you. A coder would isolate the bugs in a program and work on fixing them, exact same principle, tigether we identify and resolve the "bugs" in your programming to ultimately end up with as perfect a life/business as humanly possible. Sounds intriguing, doesn't it? The first step to fixing a buggy program is to isolate the issues. Similarly, in the world of mentoring, I start by helping you identify the areas of your life that need improvement. Are you struggling with your Direction? Relationships? Weight? Self-Confidence? It’s probably all connected. By pinpointing the challenges you're facing, we're able to develop a targeted plan to address them. Once we've identified the "bugs" in your life, it's time to diagnose the root cause. What’s triggering them? In programming, this involves examining the code and finding the error that's causing the issue. In Lifemaker mentoring, we dig deep to understand the underlying issues that may be holding you back. This could be a limiting belief, a fear, or even an unhealthy habit. Whatever it is, we'll work together to uncover it so that we can tackle it head-on. Now that we've sussed the problem, it's time to implement the fix. This might mean ‘rewriting a section of code’ or applying a patch. In Lifemaker mentoring, it's about taking action to address the issue we've identified. I'll help you develop a clear plan, complete with actionable steps, and keep you accountableto begin overcoming your challenges. No fix is complete without testing. Similarly, in mentoring, we must test our solutions and tweak as needed. As you take action, we'll regularly check in and assess your progress. If something isn't working as expected, we'll adjust our approach and continue moving forward until it is. Just as a programmer would continue refining until it's perfect, I'll be with you every step of the way as you refine your life. Together, we'll improve, and eventually, you'll have the perfect program – a life, business, outlook you are proud of. The Lifemaker way is all about debugging your life, isolating the issues, diagnosing the problems, implementing fixes, and testing until you've achieved the results you desire. If you're ready to level up and create the life you've always dreamed of, let me help you debug your life – one line of code at a time. What’s mad about this, is this is the exact same systematic approache I used (before I made it a system) to sort my own life out. #NamasteAF

Still can’t get over the fact that there a relegation battle happening right now between 12th place to 20th. Literally 2 wins for any team can completely change the league. Madness
