Im just going to say it: I dont get being mad at those who hate the spurs or whatever. I love it. As long as they aren’t saying absolutely silly things (like Skip etc.) then it’s ok to NOT like the Spurs. Or have gripes about their style or whatever. I want the hate. I want the smoke. I want all of it and it’s ok to have fans/analysts who dont love the Spurs. Thats what makes its sports.

I swear for as long as I can remember the old head tough guys would rant “the NBA is so soft. they’re all too buddy buddy. where did all the rivalries go” Wemby comes along slinging beef & making imaginary enemies, it’s been nothing but those same guys crying their eyes out about it. He’s everything you claim to miss from the 90s man

🚨 NYPD Reveals Extent Of Violence And Destruction Following Knicks Game According to the NYPD, what began as large crowds gathering around Madison Square Garden during the Knicks game quickly spiraled into widespread violence, vandalism, and disorder across Midtown Manhattan. Authorities estimate that tens of thousands of people flooded the area between Fifth and Ninth Avenues. As the night progressed, crowds became increasingly unruly, with multiple violent incidents breaking out and major streets effectively taken over for hours. 🚨 43rd Street & Broadway — Among the most serious incidents was the shooting of a 17-year-old. Due to the massive crowds blocking access, an ambulance was unable to reach the scene, forcing NYPD officers to transport the victim to the hospital themselves. Police recovered a firearm and took three persons of interest into custody. 🚨 Midtown Manhattan — Police reported four separate slashings and stabbings as violence spread throughout the area. 🚨 Madison Square Garden area — Five school buses being used to transport people between Manhattan and MetLife Stadium for World Cup events were set on fire or heavily damaged. Witnesses reported individuals using bats to smash the buses while others jumped on top of them. 🚨 Multiple locations surrounding Madison Square Garden — Five NYPD vehicles suffered significant damage after individuals smashed windows and windshields with bats and climbed on top of the vehicles. Multiple privately owned vehicles were also vandalized and destroyed. 🚨 Throughout the crowd areas — Fireworks were launched into densely packed crowds while large fights broke out. Individuals climbed traffic lights, light poles, scaffolding, and other structures, creating dangerous conditions for both spectators and first responders. 🚨 Fifth Avenue through Ninth Avenue — Large groups repeatedly refused orders to disperse, shutting down traffic and effectively taking over major streets and avenues for several hours. In total, 63 people were arrested in connection with the night's events. Charges include assault on a police officer, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration. The violence also left ten NYPD officers injured. One officer was punched in the face, while another was struck with a glass bottle during the unrest. It is important to note that these figures only reflect incidents that were reported to or documented by law enforcement. Given the size of the crowds and the widespread disorder that unfolded throughout Midtown, it is possible that additional crimes, assaults, robberies, property damage, and other incidents occurred that were never reported to police. The official numbers provide a snapshot of the chaos, but they may not capture the full extent of what took place during the night. The incidents represent one of the most chaotic and destructive nights in Midtown Manhattan in recent memory, with violence, vandalism, and lawlessness overwhelming large sections of the area surrounding Madison Square Garden.
