@SouthwestAir I am genuinely curious. How every flight in a chain can get more delayed with every leg? WN1580 was scheduled for 21:55. The flight from SC->CHI added to the delay. Same for CHI->AUS and AUS->KC. We went from 21:55 to 23:15 to 01:27. How is that possible? 3 hours.

@SouthwestAir and it gets better. Not only are we still not in the air, 4 hours after we were supposed to be, but the pilot walked off the plane and had to be called back to fly us to Phoenix. Then there was a “minor issue” once we boarded. So here we sit in the tarmac. #smh

As a kid, Vida Blue was my hero. I loved the fact that he was left handed, like me, and a pitcher on my favorite team. I watched many A’s games trying to emulate his leg kick and delivery in our living room. #RIP
