#AirFranceKLM Terrible customer service. I booked a business class ticket to mumbai through delta airlines. My luggage is still lost 5 days later and they still do not know when or if it will arrive. 1000s of dollars of clothes and essential items lost.

#delta I booked a business class flight to India. My luggage has been lost for 3 days. When I call the diamond desk they tell me I need to call Air France. I booked my flight on delta. I have been flying delta for over 20 years. There is zero empathy for me. Luggage ?
