I need some advice from my fellow developers.
We’ve built quite an advanced macOS app for a client. Normally, we use a Notion client portal to track progress, decisions, and feedback. However, this project has become too complex for a simple Notion setup.
We now need a better system to track technical details, bugs, feature requests, client feedback, decisions, and overall project progress. What tools or workflows would you recommend for managing a more advanced software project like this?

I hear more people using Pi agent and moving away from Cursor/Claude/Codex.
Pi powers Openclaw and is a lot faster.
How? It's basic and straightforward. No bloat, self-learning, and you can easily add your own skills or hooks later.
Need to try this more.

Cursor cloud agents work really weird.
One device I can switch to a model, on the other it keeps on picking the most expensive one.
Like ehm no I dont want to use Claude 4.6 opus high thinking to just set up an environment.
