Over the past two months, we’ve stayed focused on keeping the world moving. With #UAE airspace now fully restored, we are scaling up operations, increasing flight movements in line with available regional routing capacity and enabling airlines to progressively restore their schedules. Despite regional #airspace disruption, we’ve remained operational and adaptable by supporting the safe journey of more than 6 million guests, over 32,000 aircraft movements, and more than 213,000 tonnes of essential cargo through @DXB and DWC airports. Operating under constantly changing conditions requires real-time coordination across the entire oneDXB airport community. From airlines to ground teams, our partners and stakeholders have worked together to ensure safe, stable and consistent operations, ensuring the safety and welfare of our passengers at every stage of the journey. This period has reinforced the strength and resilience of our network, and our ability to respond quickly in a complex operating environment. As capacity returns, we are ready. Hamdan bin Mohammed reviews operations at Dubai International Airport, including passenger services provided by Emirates. His Highness was also briefed on ongoing smart technology upgrades to promote efficiency, ensure seamless passenger flow, expedite travel procedures and enhance passenger comfort.

During my visit to Dubai International Airport, which has retained its position as the world’s busiest airport for international passengers for the twelfth consecutive year, I reviewed operations and passenger services. I also visited the Dubai Police operations centre, where I was briefed on advanced smart services enhancing the travel experience. I also met with the Emirates Airline team, which today serves 123 destinations across 65 countries and continues to expand its global network, reinforcing its leadership in international aviation. We are confident in the team, led by Ahmed bin Saeed, to further strengthen Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.
