At 46, walking has become my preferred “cardio”. But after all I’ve done to my body, even walking has a level of diminishing return. 8-12k steps is my sweet spot, I try and get 30 mins at incline of 10%. But once I push beyond 12, into 16-20k I feel like I just ran 26.2. (Late) Middle Age hits hard.

Somehow algorithm has me deep in whale videos and education around marine life. I’m actually dialed on orcas and how they train to hunt. Wild. Then watched some family swim with a pod, 99% sure it was AI, still had me emotional like it was my family.
