The journey continues.

Not because its easy but because discipline is stronger than cravings.

I did it in April 2023.
The first week was very brutal… but I finished.
Then I went back in July.
So we go again this year, I'm so excited about it.
1st of March – 31st of May 2026
Day 1/90 → Day 90/90
No cheats.
No 'just one slice.'
Not even that tempting Woolworths cake..Yes, you heard me well, I will miss that dangerous Woolies cake..😅
