Iโ€™ve played 30 faceit games SoloQ last couple of days and there is at least three things that Iโ€™m annoyed with. One thing is that the lowest player in the lobby writes position first and has the possibility to choose a high impact position even if a teammate has 600 more elo. For me I always look at the elo and then waits. The lower elo you play the faster players choose position which makes me sick. Second thing is utility and opening phase. I feel itโ€™s so annoying(and hard) to play when you donโ€™t create a pattern with utility. For example window and topmid on mirage or red room and cave on ancient. Third thing is that players are so bad when it comes to changing position(adapting) regarding conditions. Most players are so uncomfortable if I as a B anchor jumps short with best spawn or I as a A player(which is meta when opponent has eco) plays A from jungle on Mirage. I donโ€™t understand how players play the game when you do exactly the same start 12 rounds in a row. That creates so many weaknesses, especially for an anchor, as I usually play. Thatโ€™s it. I would love to hear whatโ€™s your thoughts on playing faceit.

Sometimes I miss esports. The players, the organizations, the events, the travel, and all the memories that came with it. People in esports what do you like the most working with it?

Every year, talented players quit. Not because they lack skill. Because they never find the right opportunity. @NXTTLNT

To be fair, I think this is something the entire ecosystem needs to talk about. We have amazing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 circuits, but very few structured pathways for the next generation to actually get discovered. Back when WePlay Academy League existed, young players had something tangible to aim for. Today, if you're 14-16 years old, the reality is often just grinding FACEIT and hoping the right person notices you. There's so much talent being missed because there are very few environments where young players can learn how to compete, communicate and develop in a team setting before reaching the professional level. I'd love to see organizations like @ESLCS, @BLASTPremier, @FACEIT, @ESEA, @dust2us, @HLTVorg, @GRIDesports or even some of the bigger clubs collaborate on something long-term for developing talent. The future stars of Counter-Strike are already playing today. The question is whether the ecosystem is doing enough to find them.
we need weplay academy back i was like 9 when it was still around now im 14 grinding every day but there is no real way to get noticed except grinding elo @ESLCS @BLASTPremier @FACEIT @esplaycom @esportstudion someone pick it up and make it real
