After practicing every day this week and coaching all weekend my grind continues. My Doctoral class is 2 assignments away from being in the books. I only know 2 Head Basketball Coaches in the Metro Area with a Doctoral degree, and I'm going to make it 3. #WinTheDayEverday

Going thru some of the past games I have coached to prepare for Summer play, I stumbled across this gem. This is former Mundys Mill/North Carolina A&T guard Bryson Ogletree. He is one of the most athletic guards I have ever coached.

It needs a floor general, a lockdown defender, and somebody who knows their job is to rebound everything in sight.
Roles win games. Superstars are built out of teams that commit to those roles.
