I've now heard from their technical team that they cancelled my service request as they cannot obtain the part. Meaning a 2yr old machine is not usable, and now becomes e-waste @samsung @SamsungMiddleEa @TechnoBlueQ @MOI_QatarEn @ILQLive

Why not sell tix like normal events rather than make people bid? If ppl just want 2go to 1game, but told to bid on multiple 2 increase their chances, you made it a lottery 4 fans, and theyre forced 2 pay 4 multiple games they may not be able 2 afford 2/2
