STATEWIDE FLOOD WATCH... We needed rain, we got it. The ground is now saturated, after 3 inches of rain fell over much of NJ. And with more heavy rain and thunderstorms on the way today, it raises alarm bells for flooding. Coastal flooding a concern for back bays specifically.
