In my opinion the BEST JAB STEP you can Master is the Rocker Step.
The rocker step/jab is elite because it manipulates pace timing.
It freezes defenders because:
• Disrupts defensive rhythm
• Forces a weight shift (gets them off balance)
• Creates hesitation delayed reactions
• Manipulates timing/windows to attack
• Sells drive, shot, or change of direction
• Gives YOU control of pace

Washington leads Chatham Glenwood by five with 6:00 left in the game. Then Avery Tibbs hit two three-pointers in 21 seconds to lead the Panthers to their first state title (by the way, she followed those 3's with five more points... 11 straight in crunch time).
