If you're an English teacher looking for a new challenge in September, you might like to join our team as DHoD in SCFS. We're an ambitious turnaround seeking to get to the top of the borough over the next few years. Hard work but hugely rewarding! tes.com/jobs/vacancy/deputy-…

The photo doesn't really illustrate the statement, so if you weren't there you'll have to take it on trust that several people were standing or sitting on the floor for my talk. I'm very grateful to you all, If I had a choice about attending I'd have gone to see @Counsell_C .

The Olympic Flame and the torch relay was invented for the Olympics presided over by Hitler...
This is how US Olympian Ibtihaj Muhammad reacted to France's hijab ban on its athletes: "The Paris Olympics will be remembered as the Games that violated human rights - by banning French athletes in hijab. "My memories of the Opening Ceremonies were emblematic of the diversity and inclusivity of sport. There is no equity when we exclude some. "Shame on France. Shame on all of us who watched it happen and said nothing." Fund honest independent Muslim journalism: support.islamchannel.tv #quote #hijab #france #paris2024 #olympics #ibtihajmuhammad #humanrights

Olaf Latzel, the German Catholic priest in question, said that homosexuality was 'degenerative' and described homosexuals as 'criminals' and 'demonic [and] satanic,' his statements were not aligned with the stated beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church. He was found not guilty.

In Germany, a Catholic priest was put on trial for hate speech because he condemned homosexuality. Likewise, in Spain, a priest for condemning Islam. Is this what we want imported to the U.S.?

If American Catholics are so determined to use their free speech to monumentally oppose the official position Holy See, I'd at least hope they didn't use it to commit libelous statements; or, having done so, whine endlessly when a secular state merely raises an eyebrow.
