Browns OC Tommy Rees said that Cleveland ran the play that led to Shedeur Sanders' 60-yd TD pass to Jerry Jeudy on the first play of its second drive.
The first time led to a 17-yd completion to Harold Fannin Jr. The Browns had a different formation, and Tennessee played a different coverage that forced Sanders to go past his first read.
